Springbox squad classes are available for all ages 5-teens through a trial.

our squad classes are Wednesday and Saturday in Henley and Thursday & Saturday in Wallingford. 

​

our squad classes are built on lessons plans around the IGA Artistic Handbook.  

​

- For competing  squad gymnasts only  if you are part of squad we have a rule  that you will only train with springbox and not other clubs, This can result in becoming banned from competitions if you are competing in the incorrect category for level and hours. also note that the squad will have additional fees for competitions which you are expected to work towards and compete at least twice a year but also purchase of a club training &  current squad leotard to compete in (these change every 3 years new leotard design will be around Jan 2026 new design unfold for ordering) and squad uniform that must be worn to represent the club.

We also offer 121 sessions at our Henley branch 8-8:30 and 8:30-9:00 on a Saturday morning these session are £40

Competition squad 

To be eligible for competitions squad *

​Training camps, holiday camps throughout the holidays plus a minimum of x 3 in summer expected, essential to keep up the training, conditioning & progress towards competing.

​

Springbox competes at IGA regional and national competitions and local invitational club competitions. 

​​

Payment for competition which is paid to comp organiser - Can be sent to account number 42879295 - sort 09-06-66 Springbox gym club or Cash in named envelope to coach.

​

A gymnast is only entered once we have payment and form completed by the closing date on a first come first served basis.
